- Bookings are not guaranteed before booking fee is paid.
- Full payment must be made before commencing the course.
- No refund or transfer in any form for any part of the package not utilized.
- More than 7 days notice in advance allowed for rescheduling and 50% booking fee will be forfeited.
- Any cancellation in less than 7 days before booked date will have 100% booking fee forfeited.

- All students must sign the liability release form.
- **Check in time is 3pm
- **Check out time is 12 noon, otherwise a late check out payment applies with at least 24 hours advanced notice.
